Wawa: In-Store Inventory App

Problem: In-store inventory was dated. Workers were stuck in the back room. Hoagies wait for no one.
Action: Interviewed the people doing the job. Mapped the process. Iterated until it made sense.
Result: A mobile app that put workers back on the floor. Efficiency is not a vibe. It is time returned.

Research with Store Associates

Current-state process map from associate research: point-of-sale screenshots for each step annotated with associate steps, pain points, opportunities and open questions.
