Wawa: In-Store Inventory App

Problem: A grocery store’s process for in-store inventory was outdated and inefficient.
Action: We interviewed current workers to map out the process and iterate improvements.
Result: An efficient mobile experience allowed workers to be on the floor more.

Research with Store Associates
